I. Pre-selection

According to the type of use of the instrument and the geographical location to be installed, the insulation and antifreeze requirements of the instrument are proposed and submitted to the manufacturer for processing.


II. Insulation protection box measures:


a. The electric heating tube heat insulation box is composed of three parts: the box body, the heater and the instrument bracket. The structure is the same as the protection box. The difference is that the box is equipped with an electric heating device, and the heating device is heated by electric heating. The tube and the temperature controller are composed of a socket. When the power is turned on and the tank is heated to the required temperature, the temperature controller is turned on to continue the heating. The temperature inside the tank can be kept within a certain range by repeated work. The main parameters of its constant temperature heater:

III. Maintenance measures


1. Installation measures Reasonable choice of installation location: dry, no rain and snow dripping.

It is suitable for single-phase constant-power electric heating of pipes, valves, shock-proof pressure gauges, heat-treating, anti-freezing and heat preservation of differential pressure transmitters or maintaining process temperature of instrument pipelines.
