The sensor diffuses a Wheatstone bridge on the monocrystalline silicon wafer. The voltage resistance effect is a change in the bridge wall resistance value, which produces a differential voltage signal. This signal is converted into a standard 4-20mA/1~5VDC by a dedicated amplifier and then subjected to voltage and current conversion. The transmitter is developed using advanced circuit module technology for measuring environmental pressure and outputting standard voltage signals for convenient use.
