Double-flange differential pressure transmitter installation considerations for installation location and structure:

1, Must pay attention to whether the flange on the equipment is a standard flange, whether it is consistent with the flange of the double-flange differential pressure transmitter, because this affects the installation.

2. The low pressure side must be installed in the gas phase and the positive high pressure side in the liquid phase. Not the opposite.

3. The double-flange differential pressure transmitter can be installed on the low pressure side upper part or on the high pressure side lower part. As long as the proper migration according to the density and height of the measured liquid can ensure normal operation.

4, Must protect the capillary, it is best to use angle steel for support, and to ensure that the curvature can not be less than 45 degrees.

5. During the installation process, the double-flange differential pressure transmitter must ensure that each bolt is evenly stressed (diagonal fastening), so as to ensure the flatness of the flange surface and avoid the unevenness of the flange surface. Leak after driving.

6. If the double-flange differential pressure transmitter is used normally, it should not be easily disassembled, because it is easy to cause the sealing surface to be crushed or not tight, which leads to leakage.

7. For continuous measurement of liquid level For interface measurement, differential pressure type instrument can be used, but the total liquid level should always be higher than the upper pressure port.

8. For the liquid density change under normal working conditions, the differential pressure meter should not be used.

1 Installation site impact and vibration

Intelligent-differential pressure transmitters and pressure transmitters are designed to withstand certain shock and vibration. However, it should also be installed in a place where there is no vibration or vibration.

Please try to avoid installing the transmitter in a place with large ambient temperature changes. If the installation location is directly exposed to heat radiation or exposed to the sun and rain, waterproof, heat radiation and ventilation measures should be taken.
